Lawn Mowing 4U – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Service

By booking or approving a quote with Lawn Mowing 4U, you agree to the following terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time.

Prices may change if extra work or materials are required (e.g. overgrown lawns, garden waste removal, or unforeseen conditions).

Any changes will be discussed with you before work continues.

3. Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the job or upon receipt of invoice (unless other arrangements are agreed in writing).

Payment can be made by bank transfer or other agreed method.

Late payments may incur interest charges and recovery costs.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover time and travel.

If we cannot complete the service due to unsafe conditions (e.g. pets not secured, hazards on site, or severe weather), we reserve the right to reschedule.

5. Access to Property

The customer must ensure we have safe and clear access to the property on the agreed service day.

If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

6. Service Quality & Liability

We take pride in providing a high-quality service and will use reasonable care at all times.

Except as required by law, Lawn Mowing 4U is not liable for any indirect loss or damage.

Our liability (if proven due to negligence) will not exceed the total price paid for the service.

7. Consumer Rights

If you are a Consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, your legal rights remain protected.

If services are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
